Country began as United Farm
Agency in 1925. In
1928, United
Farm began publishing a catalog of country properties for sale. Our
Catalogs have come a long way since then. Below you will see some of

The full
color United Country Catalogs come out twice a year and include a
Premier Properties Section. These include properties from all over the nation
and are distributed all over the world when picked up free at a local office or
requested from United Country's toll free number or website. In between the two color
United Country Catalogs, two Real Estate Samplers are issued. These include
properties
for each of two (Eastern & Western) regions, and have black and white pictures of
listings
for each office in that region. Our listings are pictured in the Central and Western
US
Sampler which comes out twice a year. These Samplers are available in racks in our
area
and one of these magazines is sent free of charge to every caller to the United Country
Toll-Free Phone number. This
means there are a total of four National Property
catalogs per year, distributed across the nation, so you property can be seen
by Potential Buyers from Coast to Coast.
In addition, all those callers who are looking for property in Texas will go out on
a Potential Buyers List to United Country agencies all over Texas (including
ours). We receive hundreds of names per week for Buyers seeking property in
Texas. The Buyer for
your property may be on the list this week. We can contact
these buyers and give them our web address so they can see our current
listings, or mail them info on property that suits their requirements. If a
buyer is describing a property we have a good match for,
we just pick up the phone and Call them!
Other
National Publications include American Treasures which
features
Historic Properties; Farm and Ranch Bulletins, Waterfront and Recreational
Property Bulletins, Business Opportunities Bulletins for Commercial
Properties. Each comes out twice a year, so that there is always something
new throughout the year. All of these are available through United Country
Offices or the United Country's toll free number. The American Treasures
Magazine is also sold on newsstands.

a list of the 100's of publications in which they advertise listings. They do not
